KTW Beauty Studios (Keys to Wisdom) is more than a beauty brand — it's the foundation for a youth-development experience for girls ages 10 to 21, currently taking shape.
Today, KTW offers real beauty services — makeup artistry rooted in the belief that beauty is more than what's reflected in a mirror. It's identity, character, confidence, and purpose.
That same belief is the foundation for what KTW is building next: intentional, age-appropriate programming that helps girls discover who they are, develop their gifts, and imagine what they're capable of — using beauty as a starting point, not the destination.
Our approach is shaped by five pillars — Identity, Beauty, Purpose, Entrepreneurship, and Service — and by values of character, purpose, and stewardship rooted in faith. KTW welcomes girls and clients of every background.
ABOUT ZEE
Zaquiathia "Zee" Welch is an educator, entrepreneur, beauty professional, and mentor — and the founder of KTW Beauty Studios.
Zee's path to KTW wasn't a straight line. Between motherhood, education, creative work, and building her own business, she kept discovering the same thread: a passion for helping people recognize their value and find their confidence.
Beauty was where that passion started. As an esthetician, Zee found that the most meaningful moments in her work were rarely about the service itself — they were the moments a client began to see herself differently. Real transformation, she realized, happens on the inside first.
That realization became the foundation of KTW.
Zee's understanding of what young people need has been shaped further by her current work in youth programming, where she facilitates a business and branding program for young people. That experience confirmed something she already suspected: many young people are navigating real challenges with confidence, communication, self-expression, and figuring out what's next — and what they need most isn't more information. It's mentorship, real opportunities, and a space where they're allowed to grow at their own pace.
Zee built KTW Beauty Studios around what that moment kept teaching her: a girl's real beauty was never really about her face. It's her character, her voice, her purpose, and everything she's capable of building.
Her own journey taught her something she now hopes every girl who comes through KTW will learn for herself:
"I wasn't behind. I was still unfolding."
Zee continues building KTW around that same belief — working toward a space where girls can discover who they are, develop their gifts, and step confidently into the future they're creating.
